Refund & Cancellation Policy
How do I Cancel My Order?
All orders place with us can be cancelled within 24 hours after making the payment. You can cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com or by contacting our customer care at +91 9830882858. Your order cancellation will be treated as confirmed once you receive an email from us.
We can cancel those orders that have not yet been packaged and shipped by us with the full amount being refunded back to you via online payment. We cannot cancel any order that has been packaged/ shipped/ in transit.
We take great care to ensure that you get exactly what you had ordered for. Palki is not liable for any damages to your order in transit.
How do I get My Refund?
We refund the entire amount directly to your bank account after your cancellation request is approved. You will receive an email from us regarding the same. Our Refund methods are as follows:
- 1) Payments made with cash (Cash On Delivery) are refunded via Cheque.
- 2) Payments made with Debit/Credit Cards/ Net Banking are credited back to that account which was used to make the payment.
How do I Return my Order?
You can return your order using any recognised courier in its original packaging with bill and price tag still attached. Once we have received the return package, we will issue your refund after we approve return eligibility and refund status. If the return order does not qualify for refunds, we will courier the same back to you on a to-pay basis. All returns issues are closed within 7 to 10 days from return receipt.
Goods cannot be returned under these conditions:
- If they have been worn
- If they are not in their original conditions
- If price tag is removed
- Damaged due to misuse, neglect, wear and tear.
